I need help. I lived in NC. I have 6 PDL. The following PDL info are below: I need help! Can they put you in jail? I was about to sign up for Langhorn to help. They told me that they have enrollment fee of $100.00 and then it would about $100 biweekly or $200.00 a month. I just closed my account the other day and my next ACH draft for 4 of these is this Friday, October 1, 2010. Any advice?

Thanks for the info. What do you do to get them from not calling you at your job and on your cell? Is there a form or something that you can fax or mail them? What do you think I should do? I have no clue. I am trying to get out of this cycle and put end to all PDL. Should I hire a debt solution or should I try to resolve it by myself with the PDL company? If I were to do by myself..what do I need to do first? Please help. Thanks.

defintely do not hire a debt solution company. see the topic "dealing with unlicenced lenders". there is a email/letter template (which also demands that they only communicate by email) you can send in the first post. i am also in the process of fighting these companies and i've already recieved one notice that my account is considered "paid in full". get this letter sent right away today and you will win. it may take persistance, but you will win! congrats on taking the first step!
