Payday loan settlements - Should I go for it?

I have three outstanding payday loans. (cashnetUSA,paydayone and brighton fnl) I have been reading about the blocks you can put on your account to stop the ach debits. Yesterday I received several calls from "payday solution" companies. I did sign up with one called Blue ridge law group. They settle with my payday loan lenders and I make smaller payments over 6 months to pay them all off. Did I make a bad decision, it seems too good to be true. It was the only way I knew to get help. My loans total almost $2000.00 to payback after fees and interest.

Cashnet and Paydayone aren't payday lenders. They are CSOs and they both offer extended payment plans of their own without you having to pay someone else. All you have to do is ask, generally. They will stop all interest and split your current balance due into 4 equal payments.

From my personal experience using and completing this program blue ridge offers- I'm a satisfied client- the majority of my lenders settled and the ones who were illegal loans- vanished so I got 400 dollars back, out of them being not licensed. I think that worked out well for me. I would give them a try if I was you. It's a pretty good setup if you know what you're getting into. :):-P

i just signed up with them..seems like a great deal..just have to close out checking and go from there..i have 5,000 worth of fees and interest..they gonna help me out..i felt like i have been drowing in debt..i will NEVER EVER..get another payday loan after this!

Hello Fellow Payday Patrons!

I just would like to inform you all- That as a previous and current client of Blue Ridge- I back this company 100 % .... This is my third time using them knowing the loans will be paid off and I can get out of the loans that are unlicensed. You save a shit-ton going with these guys, I get loans knowing - I can sign up- delay payment and cut out all of those ridiculous fees these loans companyscompanies charge...excellent service and 100 % legal!

Why would anyone keep getting payday loans just to use this company? I think everyone on here knows that the payday loans are just thorns in our sides and are glad to be rid of them. May be I am reading the post wrong.
