Is Global Pay day Loan Leg. in Indiana. Supposedly in 2005 I took a pay day loan form them and they are now harrassing me from some collection agency phone 866-383-9266 and want a bunch of money or taking me to court. Claim they sent paperwork & I never received any paperwork

Global Payday Loan isn't legal/licensed in your state, so, the collection agency who is calling you is probably a bottom feeder, next time they call, tell them they are trying to collect on an illegal loan and if they care to pursue it then go for it, because you will hire a fair debt consumer attorney and wipe up the court room with them, meanwhile, file a complaint against them with your state attorney general's office and the FTC, you can easily do this online. Provide as much information as possible in your complaints!
