I'm afraid I don't have good news for you. All of your loans are legal in the state of TX. You need to ask your lenders for an extended payment plan. PayDayOne may not give you one if you've already defaulted, but ask anyway. All of your other lenders, with the exception of Ace are members of the CFSA and should give you an extended payment plan (4 equal payments of current balance due with no additional fees added). Ace has been known to give payment plans as well. There is some debate, however, on whether EPPs are offered in the state of TX. My advice to you is to contact your lenders and ask. Plead your case.
