Wells Fargo Froze and is closing my checking account

About 10 days ago I went to the atm to take out my money and found out I could no longer use my ATM card. I called and they had frozen my account and were in the process of closing my account. They said my account will not be closed until Oct 4th. They closed it because they delayed a deposit I made by one day and it was their fault and they bounced a check. I am on disability and only get paid once a month, and opened a new account with a credit union and changed my direct deposit. I missed the cutoff so it went to wells fargo. How do I get my money out of wells fargo so that I can pay my bills? Can they touch my money since it is only disability money??
