Legal in MO?

Does anyone know if Solomon Finance or Pay1Day is legal in MO? Thanks.

ok, so the web site says Pay1Day but the payments come from Solomon Finance. I borrowed a very meager amt. of money from them and I have paid them over $3000...all you pay is the fee every month and nothing comes off the balance.
Also, I know Zip 19 is illegal so I'm going to close my account and send them the letter...problem is dealing with 4 other lenders (UrgentCashAdvance, PayDayOne, CashNetUSA and now maybe Solomon/Pay1Day) as legal lenders...not sure how I can pay them all off with an EPP at the same time! Any advice?Thanks, karen
