Joan, if anyone is debiting your account, then the chances are that your account has been compromised in the hands of illegal PDL companies. GFive us information on that.

If "Joan" were a real person, she would have had to do some work to find this forum and then would have had to figure out how to post to this thread. Sometimes it is real people who post like this, and obviously have nothing better to do. Other times there are automated programs looking for forums that do it. Best to ignore and it would be better if you moderators would simply delete such nonsense, as is done on professional forums.

Dan, I know what you're saying but sometimes these ARE real people who do a Google search regarding some scam company, this site comes up in their search, and they think we are that company. I'd rather offer to help than delete the message and ignore someone in need.
