(Just my '2 cents' here) If you file for BK, do alot of research
(Just my '2 cents' here) If you file for BK, do alot of research on the Lawyer you would be using. A friend of mine filed for BK. She paid her Lawyer over $3000.00 and her CR never changed. The Law office went out of business and she had no proof (she should have kept documents, however) that she dealt with them. Just make sure the Law office, you choose, has a good rating, etc.
