Hello. Can you tell 'us', please, who the PDL is? What state are you living in? Most PDL's are illegal. No..I don't believe they can sue. Do you have a bank account they are taking money out of? You may consider closing your account and opening another one. I had to do that, sometime ago. The PDL's just got too much.
