I have two bank cards that I am unable to pay and have just begun defaulting. I own two houses with no equity.
If I am sued, will they force me to relinquish one house in order to pay the credit card bills?

At some point are you going to be able to raise the funds to pay
At some point are you going to be able to raise the funds to pay or settle these debts? What are your long term plans with the houses? Depending on your situation, it might make more sense to take action and get out from under some of these things now rather than just wait and see how it goes.
