PDL Repayment options help

I am in the process of working out payments for the legit PDL's that I have. I am finding that some of them are suggesting that I get a prepaid debit card which have fees attached to them) and schedule my monthly payments this way.
Example. I paid MoneyMart $40 cash last Friday as originally setup by the store. The next payment is on the 15th. So the 15th and the 30th are the pay dates, total per month $80. Money Mart (corporate collections dept.) is today saying I must go the debit card route or they cannot guarantee that my account won't be sent to a collection agency. Plus, if I do it the debit way they can actually stretch out the payments to 2 times a month (which coincide with my paydays) but going into the store to pay it as I did last Friday "Just" would require a weekly payment. They said it's an accounting thing. The store would be happy to take my money of course but corporate collections does not want it this way.
They made is sound like it was kinda up to me but not really. If I want to make another payment in the store, I will have to go again this week to do so, but that I would probably keep getting phone calls about it till it's all paid.
Is this just BullCrap? It seems that every one of these PDL's has their own internal ways of payments and trying to get you to do it their way or no way. (ACE Cash is one that won't work with me so I told them do what you have to do then) So far I have compromised my original plans to meet the PDL's criteria for payments and it is costing me more than I have budgeted.
Beginning with ACE, I have since stopped that practice and am holding fast to what I know I can do rather than what "they' want me to do to comply. Juggling 5 PDL’s to work your way is not easy. You tend to want to give in a little just to get them off your back. But giving in costs you more money. Money you don’t have to pay the others. Any opinions on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again! -Ken

I think you hit the nail on the head, they definitely won't let
I think you hit the nail on the head, they definitely won't let go of that little bit of control they have over you.
