Are the ulility bills (phones, satellite) past due or in collections??

Your payday loans...what is the status of those? Are you paying? Who are your lenders? Are they even legal?

they are going to be two months past due (phones). My payday loans are being settled right now. One which is Elastic is legal. one other question i have is if i do nothing about the checking account can they come after me to garnish my wages from my employer which headquarters is in Chicago. The bank has been charging $ 34.00 every time i turn around and check my bank account. Some of the charges are twice or three times for a single transaction which i have asked they check. The bank will only refund two overdraft charges a year. I have more than 30 overdraft charges which they won't do anything about cause they are blaming me. They are the ones who are not being fair. this is all caused by the payday loans. it is also the cause as to why i am falling behind on my other bills

Are the phones shut off? If you wish to continue service, you will need to pay those yourself.

You should have closed your checking accounting a long time ago.

SoapLady the bank is playing hardball with this account and holding it hostage. I have asked repeatedly to have it closed and they will not do anything. They only want more money from me and the other consumers who bank with them. Plus since they took over WAMU it has been downhill. They said if i do not pay the full amount in 60 days they will be forced to close the account and charge me $ 30.00 on top of it plus they might report me to chexsystems.

update the phones and sat are paid off but i am worried that i might be reported to Chexsystems. i am paying 299 for credit debt, 383 for something so i have a little left
