I tell them I want to dispute this debit for 700 dollars, that was opened at an address I never lived at. For a credit card I never owned and they dissapeared for a year. Then they start calling again, I tell them again I want to dispute it I give them my correct address. They call me again 11 days later, for 800 dollars on another card that I don't own. I told the lady that I requested a dispute and she said they sent it out the 20th I explained to her i never got it in the mail. She said she will send out another one. I get a letter in the mail that states I can not open up dispute case since one was prevously opened, and that me doing to is frivolous or irrelavent. Then they tell me I need to provide information that they ask from me. But their is nothing to fill out. This is insaine! Why can't they show me what kind of card it was? How much it is worth? What the card was spent on? How was this first payment made and what was it made with? Like, your asking me for money and you can't physically show me were I owe it to you.
And don't they know credit cards have insurance for when people don't pay their credit card bills. So these companys are like leeches/ flees; they jump from one host to another.
