I am having a problem with Pay Day Loan Yes they are refusing to give me their payment information. I have asked them for it about five times. They said they would only take the full amount and I explained that I could not send it right now but I am willing to make payments. I want to get this over with but they are being so uncooperative, where do I go from here? Does anyone have their information?

Payday Loan Yes is situated in the Bahamas. Here is their address:

Payday Loan Yes address
Oranyan House Shirley Street
P.O. Box SS 19935
Nassau, NA
Bahamas

You have not given the name of your state but I can tell you that they are illegal. You only, morally, owe them the actual amount borrowed from them.

Have you closed your account?
How much did you borrow?
How much did you pay back?
What state are you in?
Keep in mind that illegal lenders do not negotiate, and you are in the power position here, tell them no address, no payments, don't argue or discuss it any further with them, it's their choice if they refuse to give you a valid address to send payments, and if they refuse payments, it's THEIR problem, not yours, don't chase them down, all you can do is try.

Yes, I have closed my account. I borrowed $500 and have paid $180. I live in Colorado and on their website they say they do not lend to people in my state. I find that kind of odd; I have kept all of the emails we have sent back and forth and in each one of them I have requested payment information. I find it odd that they are turning down payments. I will not request it again. Do you think it would be safe to send a payment to their address? Again I thank everyone on this site for helping me to help myself. I will never fall into this trap again. Thanks!!

I sure wouldn't. Like I said, it isn't YOUR problem if they refuse to give you a valid address, it's theirs.

I have 2 Payday loans that I have overpaid on and 1 payday loan that I still owe $140.00 for a $200.00 loan. The 2 loans that I have overpaid are National Money Store and Extra Funds. I have emailed these companies for 2 weeks straight and have gotten no replies until the other day Extra Funds sends me by email a friendly reminder that a payment was due to be drawn from my checking account on Friday. This is the 1st reminder that I have gotten from them (must be they got my letter stating that I was stopping payment on the account). I couldn't even get into my account (said access was denied) until I sent the letter. National Money Store ignores my emails that I send them too. I have overpaid on both accounts and I get no response from either company. Paychecktoday.com received my letter I sent (by fax) stating that payday loans are illegal in New York State and that I am only responsbile to pay the principle ( I still owe $140.00 which I told them that I would agree to set up payment arrangement, but when I checked my account with them the status says: collection two. I had to put a stop payment on all 3 of these payday loans with my bank. Does anyone know what is going to happen next with these loans?
