I have 2 internet payday loans one with cashnetusa and one with paydayone. I live in ohio. According to the links I found on this site, ohio law states that the max loan amount is $500. Both loans are over this amount and I have paid the amount of the principle in rollover fees already and I am making no headway getting these paid off. Are these loans legal? Also if I can get these 2 to agree to an epp, as I understand it they split it over my next 4 paydays?

CNU and PDO are not payday loan companies. They are credit service organizations. They do not have to follow the payday loan laws. Both companies offer EPPs, if you have not yet defaulted. All you need to do is contact them and ask for it. Generally, they will take the amount you owe today and divide it into 4 equal payments.
