Hi! Thanks to this forum I found out the loans I had taken over the internet are illegal (I live in Michigan). I have closed my bank account, opened a new one at a different bank and sent over (fax and email) letters to the illegal lenders. Below are my list of loans and what I still owe on the principal I have been rolling them over

Northway (Cash Transfer Centers) - I owe them $329.49
Magnum - I owe them $402.84
One Click Cash - I requested a refund of $206.00
Extra cash Live - I owe them $50
JD Marketing - I owe them $210.00
Cardinal Management - I owe them $30
Sandpoint Capital - I owe them $300
PDY Services - I owe them $42.00

I know it seems like I "owe them" alot but I had to keep getting them in order to pay the others...I guess that's why they call it a trap!!

Anyway, most were scheduled to come out of the closed account last Thursday and yesterday. I only received a response from Magnum and have worked out a payment plan with them sending in a MOs with return receipt requested, etc. I haven't heard from anyone else yet either via phone, email, etc.

So far to date I have:
- Sent revoke ACH and wage assignment letters to all illegal lenders
- Letter to payroll revoking wage assignment (payroll also indicated they don't honor anything that isn't a government court order so I am safe there)

My questions:
- What do I say in the BBB letter?
- What do I say in the letter to Michigan's Attorney General? I found out (through this site) that all lenders have to be licensed through the state and in some sort of database, can only charge 15% interest, etc. and none of these fit that criteria.

Am I missing something?

Thanks so much for all of your help. This forum has been a savior and I don't think I would have made it this far without all of you for guidance and advice!
