Incorrect name on collections letter

I got a bill from a debt collection agency that was addressed to me with 3 last names; my maiden name, my married and some other last name that has never been mine or anyone in my families. How should I proceed?

before i advise.let me ask who is the collector?sounds fishy to me.therefore i would get a DV(debt validation letter)out asap.send it certified mail return receipt.i advised anyway because this does sound peculiar.

Actually, this is not uncommon....they are probably putting info off a credit report or nexus lexus or some other skip tracing tool.
Who is the CA and who are they collecting for?
