I sent my letter to Loan point and after they couldn't get anymore money from me they emailed for me to call them and make arrangements. I emailed back that the loan has been PIF and to please mark my account as such. They emailed me again to call. I answered that I couldn't call during business hours and all corespondence needed to be in email form... I haven't heard anymore from them...I can still log into my account and it shows that I owe the full amount borrowed. This is driving me crazy..What do you suggest I do now.. I have filed with BBB, AG, and FTC.

file a follow-up with the FTC,and your AG.this is a bottomfeeding pdl that doesn't care about legalties.file the follow-ups,and forward any e-mails to your AG.do that and try not to engage them further.let your AG do their job.a waste of your time to respond or engage these idiots.
