I know that most inquiries stay on your credit report for 2 years. If the 2 year window has passed, and the inquiry is still on my report, how do I get rid of them? Will this improve my score?

There is no statutory requirement for the deletion of inquiries from your CR at any time. Deletion of inquiries after two years is general CRA policy, but not a requirement. As such, I would handle it by way of informal communication with the CRA rather than as a dispute.

Inquiries are not scored by FICO after one year, so inclusion in your CR is not impacting your credit score.
