Chase/BOA, etc... foreclosure fraud mess

is starting to rear it's ugly head now with these banks. They have SUSPENDED HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS foreclosure proceedings because of widespread fraud. People who are delinquent with their mortgages will get to stay in their homes, scott free, for months and possibly years until they straighten the mess out.
I think it's a VERY good time for us right now who's settling our credit cards. I got my goals set on 10-15 percent now! Although I'll be happy with 20-25!
