QXL Online
Check n Go
Ace Cash Express
Check Into Cash
I am no longer able to keep up with the trap and never ending cycle. I need to find someone to may these go away. Because they were interfering with my bills/life, I did have to close my account and open a new one.
What are the next steps that I need to take with each of these lenders? How do I validate whether or not they are legal in Texas? For those that are legal, how do I handle not being able to pay all at once in such large terms?
Can someone please HELP?? Thanks in advance.
I should mention that these were all taken online.

Have you already defaulted? QXL is illegal. The rest are legal. You will need to contact your lenders and make payment arrangements with them as soon as possible. How much did you borrow from QXL? How much have they debited from your account thus far?

Check N Go and Check into Cash are members of CFSA. You have to pay them back but I am not sure whether they will offer you extended payment plans (EPP) in Texas. You can ask for repayment arrangements. Ace Cash Express is also licensed in Texas and you can ask them for some payment plan. You might get one.
QXL Online is situated in Pakistan and is an illegal PDL lender in your state. Check out the following link on how to deal with illegal lenders: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html

I borrowed $200 from QXL and they debited my account 7 times in the amount of $76 for a total of $532 paid to them.
When I contact the other lenders, how to I ask for arrangement? I have defaulted on 2 of them so far. I have about a week and a half on the others.

Check into Cash is registered as a CSO (Credit Service Organization), this means they are not required to follow the payday loan laws, it also means that you need to make some type of payment arrangements with them because they can and WILL eventually sue you, or turn this account over to a collection agency.
Check n Go and Ace Cash Express are legal payday lenders but they offer an extended payment plan, you will need to request the EPP BEFORE you default, it will allow you to pay them off in 4 payments, and the interest will stop as soon as you sign up for you.
QXL is NOT a legal lender (as Ohiogal stated above), therefore, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

Check into Cash is registered as a CSO so the extended payment plan does not apply to them, even though they are a member of the CFSA, they aren't a payday lender.

CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, read the link I gave you on how to deal with illegal lenders. Which lenders have you defaulted on?

At least contact Ace Cash Express BEFORE you default and sign up for the EPP.
As far as the other ones, yes, they will harass you to death, so, if you don't want to be harassed, call and ask to speak to a supervisor, if none is available, ask for the number of their corporate office (no one else will do). Depending on how late you are, and how much you are able to afford to pay them (and when) try to make arrangements to pay them via the mail since you have already defaulted and need to close your account. Just explain that your account has been compromised and had to be closed immediately and the only option you have to pay them off is with money orders via the mail, they may ask that you use a prepaid debit card, if it were me, and I couldn't afford all the fees attached to a prepaid card I would just explain to them that my funds are VERY limited and a prepaid card would reduce the amount I could pay them. Just use common sense and talk to them honestly, be honest about the amount you can pay them and don't allow them to force more out of you if the funds aren't available. Their job is to be intimidating and try to get as much money as they can from you as fast as they can.

Just make sure when you talk to them you ask their name and employee ID number (if they have one), make sure you make notations of each and every person you speak with, note the date and time, etc.

Well, I will tell you, if bad came to worse, I would just send a letter (certified, return receipt requested) to each lender and explain that I am enduring a financial hardship but fully intend on paying them back, I would include a good faith payment and outline a payment plan I could afford, then I would send those payments as outlined in the letter until it was paid off. By the time they take it to court or turn it over to a collection firm it would probably be mostly paid off, and at least the judge would see that I was making an effort. What's a judge gonna do? Tell you to make payments? Well yeah, which would be exactly what I was doing anyway. That would be my plan if bad came to worse. I would also keep copies of all correspondence and copies of the money orders sent, just in case! And don't forget to date everything!

UPDATE - I have been attempting to work with Check n Go and Check Into Cash to make payment arrangements via money order. I'm experience a lot of resistance from CIC, telling me to buy a prepaid debit card from Wal-Mart or pay by Western Union. When I told them I'd much rather be able to pay these fees directly to them, they said that since these are outside vendors they cannot control the fees. I'm trying to bargain with them, but at this point, I'm not sure I'll be able to have much leverage. What happens if I can't get them to agree?

Tell them you need a paper trail and already have the money orders purchased.

Below is the response from CIC regarding payment via Money Order. Can they make threats to call daily until the payment is received?
Our program is completely separate from the in store program you cannot make a payment in person. You have the option to send a money order however we do not consider it a commitment so you risk us going back to the account on 10/15 for the full balance and we will continue to call daily until it is received. Here is another update. Apparently they don't accept partial payments??? Seriously? Something is better than nothing, right? And why are they trying to force me to call to make payment arrangements when I have already stated that everything needs to be done in writing so that I can have a paper trail.
I am sorry but there is no good faith payment. Anything less than the balance in full by Money order will be returned to you unless it is the refinance amount we discussed and is received prior to 10/15. You will need to call the office and make arrangements over the phone as our calls are recorded they will be documented.

Tell them what I said, a paper trail is necessary for your protection and the money orders are already purchased. Basically, they are telling you if you don't pay them their way, they won't commit to the agreement. You are communicating with them via email? I would call them directly and ask to speak to the director/manager of collections.
