I just received a response from Community Credit Services through the BBB. They stated that they reviewed the case and would be issuing me a refund check for $165. They did not however state anywhere that my account was PIF or that they would not debit my account anymore.
Should I consider this good enough or fight back?

What state are you in?
Have them send you a check (cashiers, money order) in the mail.
