I recently posted on here that I had a payday loan with Solomon Finance/Pay1Day which is an illegal internet loan co. in MO. I sent them a letter this morning (using the template I got on this site) and asked for a refund in the amount of $3978.00!!! I just got an e-mail from them saying that a refund check will be in the mail this week for $3978! HOLY COW!!!
Now I can pay off eveything else and have a little to boot! Just goes to show that it doesn't hurt to ask! I just knew they were going to ignore me and or not offer me a refund. I'll let you know when I actually get the check!
