drowning in fees

I've got 3 payday loans, Ameriloan,247 Green Street and VIP loan. I'm drowning in the fees. What can I do? Where do I start? These guys are charging huge fees. More than what's allowable in Minnesota. And have lent me more than the allowed amount. I should have been more on the ball. Now I need to fix this before I go under. Help with the steps to take!
