I have 3 payday loans that have a outstanding balance, And I'm from Texas can I have criminal charges brought againts me???

debt is a civil matter and not a criminal one

Criminal action isn't specified in TX regarding payday loans, if the lenders you have aren't legal or licensed I wouldn't worry over it.

If they are licensed and legal and you have a check used as collateral and plan not to honor it then you need to stay proactive to prevent any possibility of a court action against you.
