Help with payday loans in Texas

There are two sites, one for legal PDLs in TX and one for CSOs in TX. You have to be diligent when you're searching because many go by several different names. Also, it's sometimes recommended that you open an account at a different bank because sometimes, if you open an account at the same bank, they will be linked, which doesn't solve your problem. PayDayOne is a CSO and is legal. They also offer an extended payment plan if you haven't yet defaulted. Call them up and ask them for it.

Cash Central is also a CSO and is legal. Call and ask if you can make payment arrangements with them.

If it's not one of these, it's not licensed in TX.
