I am in a situation with payday loans, and need some help, and this forum seems to be helpful as i have been reading it. I have several payday loans, and been getting lots of calls because i had to stop paying in order to pay bills like mortg, car, food, etc. I have loans withe following online people, DollarFlash, CK Marketing, Credit Protection Depot, abcPaydayloans.com, and with store fronts Advance America, First Cash Advance, Check into Cash, and EZ Money Loan Services. I know that it was bad to have all these loans, but i had to in order to pay off other situations. I need to know if any are leagal in texas, i am sure the store front ones are. I do plan to pay them back, but i have to pay out over time, and their options for repayment involve minimums that if i paid them would put me right back where i was at before. Can anyone help me Please. Thank you.

First, you need to determine if the internet lenders are licensed to do business in Texas. Remember, if they are illegal to do business in Texas, you only owe them the principal balance.
