Thanks a MILLION!! I reviewed my loans and Great Slies I have had since 5/27/10 original loan amount was $500 I have paid back $1225. Cash Net USA I borrowed $800 originally and have paid back $1143.83 of that $400 went directly to the principal borrowed the rest was fees. If I am only required to pay the amount borrowed back does that mean I can ask for a refund on these?

Yes, you can ask for a refund and a Paid in Full letter from each of your illegal lenders. Check out the letter that is there in the link that I have provided. You can use that as a sample.

I have one final question, you mentioned that Cash Net USA was a CSO and legal in MD. I went to their website and clicked on the terms and rates tab to get information and it shows a US map and what they have available for what states. There are 3 states that they have nothing available for and MD is one of them. Does this mean that they too are illegal?

After reading all of this information, I am extemely saddened and disappointed that we have all had to go through this. I have had my bank stop all withdrawals from advancemetoday.
