Cash Express Direct

So, I now getting called from Ross Klein about a loan from Cash Express Direct. All the woman would tell me was a case number. I told her she would have to send me something in writing. I have already send cease and desist letters to Cash Express, but now this must be a collection agency. Has anyone heard of them? This loan was never legal in PA and I told Cash Express that in my letters. Please help.

Just answer phone once and tell them that until they send you a debt validation you are not talking to them and if they proceed to call you you will file complaints with the FTC and State Attorney General's office. If they continue to call, file the complaints.

you are only obligated to pay the principal balance that you borrowed. If you have already paid them that, then demand a paid in full letter. File complaints if they keep calling.

In addition to filing the cases with the departments written above, you should notify about them with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking. They are the regulator of loans in PA. They will help you in your fight.
