yes ageorgia company is harrasing me they called meup yesterday said i had a payday loan out back in 2008 which i didnt they have all the information on me except the right bank numbers they said i had 72 hours to send money i called my stat attornys and file a compaint my question is can they still take me to court if i dont send the money in 72 hours
iam retired and only get a check once a month dont have something i didnt do

Tell them that you want a debt validation letter and until you receive one you will not talk to them. Don't pay them anything or give them any bank account information or credit card number. It sounds like they are trying to scam you.

It looks like an illegal company. Don't worry, illegal companies will and can never take you to court. These are scare tactics to make to pay them. Except from harassing, they cannot do anything.
