can the bank still charge you overdraft fees. and they won't do anything to help with this situation. The whole problem started on 8/30/2010 when Zip19 took $ 491.18 from the checking account making it overdrawn. Plus the fees that day which are $ 102.00. Can the bank refund this money and the rest of the overdraft fees.

You need to dispute the charges as fraudulent with the bank. Have you revoked ACH permission with Zip? If not, you need to do so and also share that info with your bank. If the reverse the charges as fraudulent/unauthorized, they should reverse any fees associate with the charges as well.

i have revoked all ach with zip and have been asking the bank to do something but they do not seem to be listening to me. all they seem to want from me is even more money than i can afford right now. I already owe them more than $ 6,000. in credit card debt now they want $ 1,390. on top of it. I have tried telling them but they still won't listen to me their customer.

Can i go straight to the CEO of this company cause they seem to be playing with my account.

If your bank won't close your checking account due to a negative balance, could you at least ask them to put it on "deposit only" status until the negative balance is paid off and in the meantime open a new account for your needs? revoking an ach for one PDL company name is better than nothing but the plain fact is, so many PDL's go under so many names, they could try to debit your account under another name. Do what Ohiogal says, go into your bank and be sure to talk to the manager about what's happening.

If Zip 19 is an illegal lender in your state and you've already revoked your ACH and wage assignment and if you haven't already done so file a complaint with the AG, FTC and BBB in your area. Be sure to send copies of all of your documentation to Zip19 and their affiliates via email, fax or USPS. All you are required to pay back is the principle amount of the loan if this lender is illegal. Keep all of your correspondence by these methods so you have a paper trail and not a he said she said problem. When Illegal lenders figure out you know what your doing and you've filed the proper paper work they know their scare tactics will not work.
