Tribal communities are illegal in most of the states. They give all sorts of stories like they don't need to follow your states' laws but the bottom line is they are illegal.

The problem is, these illegal PDLs do business under so many names that it becomes quite impossible to get hold of them.

That was sort of why I made the post. In my case my original loan was with RBT, then it became Spot On. Then I get a call from another company, extra funds, that I took out and paid off telling me I was qualified for more money. I told them NO and to take me off the list. However, I decided to go to their website and find their OPT-OUT information. In doing so I saw they are also PDL Ventures. Therefore, I went back and will now be adjusting my letter to include the interest and fees paid on the loan to extra funds with my refund request.

I just got an email from these vultures offering me a loan. The subject line was "Notice of Updated Status". I opened it hoping it was a PIF or refund offer from one of my bottomfeeders. Nope, it was ExtraFunds.com The subject line is very interesting considering that my illegal lenders just got copies of "the letter" from me earlier this week.

PDL Ventures is actually the tribal company. PDL Loans, Spot On Loans, and Impact Cash are servicing companies for PDL Ventures and their number is 866-824-0893. Extrafunds is a completely separate company from all of them and has never been tied to PDL Loans, Spot On Loans, or Impact. Their number is 877-670-8890.
