I have had to stop paying on my payday loans because of the high fees and the fact that just the fees alone were keeping me from paying on my mortg, car, food, etc. I have following loans, and need to know if they are illegal/unlicensed in Texas. Also i need to know how to proceed if possible, i have an intent to pay back what i owe, but i need to pay it back over time with smaller payments than the 'minimums' that the companies have set, because the 'minimums' are the same or more than the fee payments that i was doing earlier.

DollarFlash (online) 500
ABC PayDay loans (.com) (faxed/online) 350
CashNet USA (online) borrowed 500, owe 688
CK Marketing (online) 400
Advance America (storefront) 1200
First Cash Advance (storefront) 740
EZ Money Services (storefront) 750
Check into Cash (storefront) 1255 (when i contacted them, they gave me a PDL Debt Relif group to go with, but their fee was $350 up front)

I am honestly wanting to pay back what i owe, but the combination of all these loans with paybacks is overwhelming. I am looking for some advice. Please Help.

All of your store front lenders are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), that means you are eligible for the EPP, click the link below to read about the EPP.
http://www.cfsa.net/public_education_campaign/guidelines/guidelines_extended_payment_plans.html
Cashnetusa also offers an EPP.
Search the link below to see if your online lenders are licensed as a payday lender in your state, I don't think any of them are but double check for making that determination:

Also check the link below to see if any of your online lenders are registered as CSO's:

Unfortunately i have already defaulted (i think) because the store front ones ran the checks already and they are demanding payment. I did not want to default but there was no way to keep up with all of the payments, i would have lost my house, car, family. I am honestly wanting to handle tihis but is very stressful and overwhelming. I need help. I want to pay them but even at minimum payments for the storefront ones i would not be able to pay my other bills in full to keep up. i appreciate your willingness to advise.
