ABC Payday loans, and First National Fraud Dept

Help! I just rec'd a call from a person at ABC PayDay Loans referring to themselves a representing the First National Fraud Department, and that i did not call them back that she would be contacting the local authorities in my area. What can i do??

Did you take out a payday loan with ABC? If so, check to see if they are a legal or illegal lender in your State. If they are illegal, you are only obligated to pay them back the original principal balance.

First National Fraud Department is one of its kind 'fraud' department. I think the person who called you is from ABC Payday Loans only. AUXILIARY BUSINESSES OF CHAMPS INC, dba ABC Payday Loans is a licensed PDL in Texas and, if you have taken a loan, you have to pay it back.
