Because of PDLS, I closed my second chance checking at my credit
Because of PDLS, I closed my second chance checking at my credit union. I am in chex systems and telecheck for an acct from 2005. I've been turned down by 2 banks so far for checking. I could ask my credit union for a new acct but it's only been about a month since I closed the old acct. I'm going through Mary's list for Tx but most are not in Houston.

I think checksystems only reports bad accounts for 5 years. You should order a copy of your report from them to see how much longer it will report. Maybe you can dispute the information, too.
