so i sent the cease and decist email just two weeks ago, and just got a phone call from United Cash Loans today. i've paid $720 on my $300 loan. i argued with a manager and told him that they owe me a refund, but he said that they would continue to try to contact me to collect. what should i do now?

as they want to take more from you. Get letters in writing saying that you have paid more than you asked for.

also report them to your government agencies saying they are threatening to get more money from you. your loan probably went to a collection agency. If that is true do not answer any calls from anyone you do not know plus it is a good idea to get an answering machine. if you already have one use it. When it picks up they will hang up.
