Debt Validation

I have a question regarding debt validation follow up. After receiving a collection agency letter, I responded by sending a DV letter via certified mail. A second collection letter was sent to me dated two days after they received my DV letter (I have the certified return receipt). The second letter claims that I have failed to repond and collection efforts will continue. I am a few days away from the 30-day expiration of my DV request. Is a follow up letter or phone call necessary, or should I wait to see if another letter arrives or phone calls start again?
The CA should validate your debt. By whatever you have written,
The CA should validate your debt. By whatever you have written, I can see that they have not validated the debt. Send them a DV letter again in response to their second collection letter stating that since they have not responded properly to your 1st DV letter, you are sending the 2nd one. Keep a copy of the letter as proof.
One last thing, I would rather advise you not to call them.
