pdl collection practices

Took 8 payday loans (total borrowed $3,000.00, total biweekly fees $720.00) at the same time to payoff a charge account to was going into court for judgment , now I couldnt keep up with the payday loan biweekly fees. I just closed my bank account in order to pay my rent before they deduct all my money from the bank account.
I will be in default in 1 week from now, I am in New York state.
I am planning to pay the loans, but I want to do it by quick collect or by Fedex mailing (money orders). My question is how long do I have before the payday loan co write off my loans to a collection agency for court judgment.

Obviously these are online loans because there are no payday loan store fronts in your state due to the fact they are prohibited. There are ways of dealing with this but first you need to provide more information. If you would read the link below on how to deal with illegal lenders it will get you off to a good start. Even if they are turned over to collections (which I very much doubt will happen) you STILL have rights. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
