Has anyone dealt with Mr. Knowles with Smith & Associates? They said that they are going to take my car and house - even named my make and model of my car!!!

i just got a call from them and the supposed company that has pending allegations on me was paid back in 2009 - be very leary. kept telling me they were not trying to harrass me. If Mr. Knowles works in the legal dept than why couldnt he answer any of my questions regarding the case.. complete bs.
