This above statement, along with "we can get those accounts settled at 15% of what you owe" and "We will get you out of debt and return your credit score back to normal" are clear violations of the new FTC telemarketing sales rules.
While violations in advertising are not likely to be pursued by regulators when found as anonymous posts on this site, it would generally mean you who post crap like this are willing to scam with more blatancy, which will be actionable up to 16k per violation.
Do the math. Good luck with that.
