Must read very important statement

Gc services has to be the worst collection agency out their. The reason i say this is they are very very rude to the customer, when you ask a question they dont want to answer it they just keep asking are you going to pay or what??. even when you are being nice they still give you a attitude... be real how do they expect people to deal with their collection agency when they are very rude and have a bad attitude. also when you tell them that you are going to pay on a specific date they still call you before the actuall date and ask the same question are you going to pay or what?? even after i toldem a specific day later that week. so i really hope there management or someone in charge can take a half hour out of his time to read these questions/ complaints to maybe improve... the Gc services in california is the one im referring to an i hope the head quarters in texas can take a deeper look in the represenatives they hire. I will never recommend them to anyone i dont care if they are the last collection agency left thats how pethetic they are.
