Tell them they are required by federal law to send you a letter of collection through the mail within 5 days of their first initial contact with you and if they call you again before you receive your dunning letter, you will file a complaint against them with the FTC. Make sure you keep a record of ALL communication between you and them, dates, name of the employee calling, etc. This way you will be able to file a detailed complaint with the FTC, when the time comes.

I had a pdl with Integrity PDL Services. The original loan was for $400 and I have paid back $612. They are illegal to do business in Ohio. They have turned my account over to Second Round. They are calling constantly! What steps should I take?
