Arbitration and PDLs

Several of the PDLs are threatening to take me to arbitration if i don't settle my accounts. I would like to know if anyone here have actually been taken to arbitration? All my pdls are illegal,
letters sent, complaints filed but they keep threatening arbitration if i don't settle forexample EASTSIDE Lenders.

Illegal lenders would never take the risk of taking you to court
Illegal lenders would never take the risk of taking you to court since then, they will have to prove their legality. The illegal PDL companies are trying to scare you to make you pay them. Don't pay heed to their tantrums.
You are only morally responsible to pay them the principal amount borrowed. Click here to know how to deal with those illegal PDL lenders.
