I know in my state (MO) you are only eligible for EPP once a year. Can anyone tell me if it is a year from the date it was initiated or a year from the date it is paid off?

Thank you

Good question! I would call the CFSA to verify.

Did you pay in Oct, Nov, Dec and then Jan? If so, the calendar year theory would mean you already had one in 2010 - if they're going by date of final payment. I like PDLO's suggestion. Give the CFSA a call and see if they have guidelines. If it's a MO law, call your Dept of Finance (or whatever it's called in your state).

I did in fact call CFSA and the lender is a member and I am told it is 12 months from the date the EPP was initicated. Problem is apparently the "module" they (lender) are using doesn't recognize that and is saying I am not eligible. So they are working with their IT department to see if they can fix it.

@OhioGal, I started the EPP 10/9/2009 and it was finished being paid off in November 2009.
