I was served a summons with Zwicker & Associates acting as Attorney for Plaintiff.
The summons reads: Chase Bank USA as Plaintiff and me as Defendant.

Is Zwicker a JDB or am I being sued by Chase?

You are being sued by chase. Zwicker is their attorney.

Thanks soaplady. How do i respond to the summons when I'm being sued by the OC? I've been reading a lot on how to respond when a JDB summons, but how do I respond when an being sued by the OC? Thanks for any help.
