Refunds?

Anyone ever actually gotten a refund for payment over the principal balance on one of these loans?

I am having a hard time just to get a paid in full letter let alone a refund. I have flooded mailboxes with emails, etc. and nothing. At least they are not calling me all the time anymore.

Yup, got one refund for $426. The others I just deducted what I had paid against what I had borrowed and refused to pay the remainder. They called/e-mailed a few times then went away. Eastside Lenders turned it over to collection (Smith Haynes & Watson) and I dealt with them a few months, then nothing since last year.

What company did you get the refund from?
