found this very interesting cause the sol has not expired so why have they gone to collection agencies.

Being assigned to a collection agency has nothing to due with SOL. Most debts are sent to a CA when they are 180 days past due.

:confused: working with a firm called Premier debt. The choice i made is cause the other firm was asking 2 much on a monthly payment. would i be better off paying 299.29 rather than 552.50 per month.
