I am a unemployed person who has been harassed by MIdland for over a year . They filed a judgment against me in Cook County Court and I only found this out when I received a card from the court saying it was entered in July of 2010, although I was never served a summons by them . I am very afraid that they will now try and levy my bank account . I have since reloated to my home town be in search of a job and the calls have now started , even though I did not file a formal change of address or phone number with the US Post office. What are my options at this point.

Do not have a bank account anywhere....they can access that info
Do not have a bank account anywhere....they can access that information legally by any means that they have available to them & use it and they will! then, without prior notification, they WILL freeze your bank account....trust me...it happened to me yesterday :(
