one of my PDL's has now sent my information to this company once they realized that i closed my previous checking account and they couldnt take any money out and they are emaling and calling telling me to go to western union and pay them over $800 that they say I owe them because of our legal contract. The company who sent my info to these people is PayDayMax and I have used them in the past and I have closed accounts with them after paying extreme amounts of finance charges just to get the loans paid off, but now I have no money to complete this loan.

Credit Protection Depot is the inhouse collections folks for Paydaymax, DiscountAdvance and one other company whose name is escaping me right now. Figure out how much you have paid PDM total and compare that to what you have borrowed - it may be that you have paid them the principal already and no longer owe them any money. Follow the posting on dealing with illegal lenders here and you should be fine. CDP was not too difficult to deal with - I had a loan with PDM as well - and I know others have had success getting their accounts marked paid in full.
