phone bill

never had a phone under my name that i was aware of they sent me a phone bill after i asked for proof it was my debt only i didnt recognize any of the numbers no calls were made to my own city where all the people i know live and a couple of the numbers the people didnt even speak my language. was wondering how to approach this

If it's not yours, respond to their letter stating this is not your debt and to cease and desist communication. Does the bill have your name on it? Is this a home phone or a cell phone?
